PermaSleeve Heat-Shrink Polyvinylidene Fluoride (B-345) wire marker sleeves are specifically designed for high temperature and low vacuum outgassing applications. 2:1 heat shrinkable sleeves are fade-resistant and flame-retardant, and meet the requirements of NASA Vacuum Outgassing specification SP-R-0022A. Sleeves can be used in applications that require greater resistance to harsh chemicals such as fuels, lubricants and high power cleaning solvents. Meets SAE-AMS-DTL-23053/18 (Class 2), SAE-AS-81531, MIL-STD-202, Tested per ASTM E 162, ASTM E 662;RoHS Compliant;and UL Recognized. Operating temperature range of -67 to 437 F (-55 to 225 C). This roll has i75-series smart properties on the sideboard that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll. . This narrow-width part is supplied on a 3 inch core with plastic sideboards attached to prevent material telescoping and to support i75-series smart tag placement.. If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll.. A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R6006 for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP Series Label Printer; use R6006 for a different printer.
