Metallized Polyester (B-428) labels are designed for applications that use barcodes, alphanumerics, graphic symbols and logos and require nameplate-like quality. Matte, light gray finish gives labels a rating and serial plate appearance. Labels are designed to withstand numerous solvents and variable temperatures when applied to various surfaces. UL approved;CSA accepted. Service temperature of -40 to 248 F (-40 to 120 C). This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.. This metallized label roll is supplied on a 3 inch core that has a thicker 0.66 inch wall to enable addition of i75-smart functionality.. If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll. A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R4302 for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP Series Label Printer; use R4302 for a different printer.
