Heat-Sealed Floor Tread for Automatic Doors
- To ensure the product is stored and used correctly, it should:
- – be stored at room temperature between 1C and 30C
- – be handled with care, especially in cold weather below 0C
- – be kept away from humidity throughout its storage/use
- – be stored flat under a maximum of 25 boxes
- – preferably be used within one year from the date of manufacture shown on the packaging
- Once applied and sealed, it requires 5-20 minutes to dry, depending on the temperature of the room it’s installed in
- Before applying, ensure the floor is clean, dry and free of any non-adherent material
- You can preheat the area of installation before applying the markings, but take care not to damage the floor
- To heat-seal, heat with a gas torch at a height of 10-30cm above the markings. It should liquefy slightly and then stick to the floor
- Once the heating process has been completed, allow the product to dry
- This product is not adhesive, and must be heat-sealed
