B-8117 Ultra-Durable Black Polyester Labels from Brady have excellent print durability, barcode readability and aesthetics. The black color is achieved through the adhesive layer, rather than the topcoat, which results in more robust color permanence. Color is sealed inside the label construction, increasing color durability. Powerful combination of topcoat and the R6800 Series ribbon from Brady produces superior print durability against both abrasions and harsh fluids. Material consistently achieves Barcode Grade B or greater. This roll has i75-series smart properties on the core that when used in the Brady i7500 printer in conjunction with i75-series smart ribbons, eliminates the need to adjust heat, speed , sensor location and mode, eliminates the need to calibrate out blank wasted labels, and warns the operator if a non-approved ribbon is used with this roll.. If this roll is used in Brady i5100 or IP model printers it will function with smart operation in those printers with the exception that the Supply Remaining gauge on the display may be overstated. Contact Brady tech support for further information.. If used in any other 3 inch core printer this roll will function as a manual roll. A ribbon is required to print this material. Use Part Number IP-R6807-WT for the BradyPrinter i5100 or BRADY IP Series Label Printer; use R6807-WT for a different printer.
